These terms cover your use of GatherWall. By creating an event, memorial or keepsake, you agree to them. If you're using GatherWall on behalf of an organisation (for example as a DJ, planner or venue), you confirm you're authorised to do so.
GatherWall lets you create live tribute walls, online memorials, and bespoke keepsake stories. Guests can contribute messages, photos and other content that appears on screen or online. Some features depend on the plan you choose.
You keep ownership of the content you and your guests add. You grant us permission to host and display it so the service can work. You're responsible for ensuring you have a reasonable basis to collect and show content involving other people, and for using the service respectfully and lawfully.
Don't use GatherWall to post unlawful, hateful, harassing or infringing content. We provide moderation tools, and we may remove content or suspend an event that breaches these terms or the law.
We work hard to keep the service reliable, but it's provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. For a live event we recommend testing your wall beforehand.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the event or plan in question. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these terms as the service grows. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
